AFQs Active Filters
Description
The new range of AFQs active filters is the most complete and compact solution to solve power quality issues caused by harmonics in variable-speed drives and small-to-medium-power non-linear loads. Like other ranges, it can also be used in installations requiring a filter with these characteristics.
The key characteristics and functions are as follows:
- Tougher and more efficient in a smaller size.
- Easy to install due to its compact dimensions. It can be mounted on the wall or inside cabinets next to variable-speed drives.
- Reduces harmonic currents up to the 50th-order harmonic.
- Selectable harmonic frequencies to achieve the maximum filtering efficiency.
- Nominal filtering capacity for currents of 30 A.
Applications
The AFQs active filters are an ideal solution for:
- Installation in electrical panels containing variable-speed drives or other low-to-medium-power non-linear loads.
- Filtering harmonics directly at the machine or in installations that require a filter with these characteristics.
