Description
CEM-M are interchangeable communication modules designed for CEM-C energy meters assembled on DIN rails. These modules enhance the performance of energy meters, allowing any meter to be adapted to the communication systems used in the installation.
Energy management systems require meters that comply with international measurement standards and can be integrated with standard building communication protocols. The CEM-M range enables users to select a suitable CEM-C meter for their installation (single-phase, direct three-phase, or indirect three-phase) and then add the most appropriate CEM-M module for the required communications protocol.
Modular System Capabilities
- Select the energy meter and subsequently add the communication systems required by the BMS
- Reduce the stock of references, as the meter does not need to be replaced regardless of whether the client opts for remote reading with a specific protocol

- Redundant meter to verify energy allocated by the energy distributor
- Reporting of energy consumption to a remote system (PLC/BMS)
- Cost control to achieve a high consumption/unit ratio in industrial processes
